We collect and process the personal information you send us using standard tools. Our website is hosted by Squarespace. We use TypeForm for our questionnaires.

  • Our website provider collects analytics; data about your computer, such as your IP address, operating system and web browser, and the pages that you visit (this is about your browsing actions and patterns, and does not identify you).

 

How we use this information

  • We will only use your personal data to contact you in response to a request by you or to provide information that we think you may want.

  • If you have signed up for a newsletter or alerts, we will send you the occasional missive. You can request to be removed from this list at any time by contacting hello@nookstudios.com

  • We will not give your personal data to third parties, unless you have given us permission, or we are required to do so by law, or to enforce our terms of use.

  • We use our website analytics to helps us understand what content people are interested in, what devices are used, and what part of the world you are from. 

  • The data we collect from you may be stored and processed outside Australia.

  • We will never sell, rent, share or distribute your personal information without your permission.

Other caveats

  • If you follow a link from our site to another site you are no longer covered by our privacy policy.

  • We cannot guarantee the security of your data whilst in transmission to our site.

  • Any changes we may make to our privacy policy in the future will be posted on this page or sent to you by e-mail.

Access to data. You can:

  • ask for a copy of data you have sent us or we have collected about you

  • ask us to update that data

  • ask us to delete it

  • ask us to stop using it
